½ cup Herdez Salsa
1 can black beans
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon dry thyme
1 teaspoon liquid aminos
1/4 cup water
4 Organic Hard Taco Shells
½ cup avocado corn salsa (recipe here)
Extras: olives, lettuce, green chile cashew queso (recipe here)
In a medium pot, warm 1/4 cup salsa over medium heat, add the garlic, thyme and liquid aminos and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the beans and water let simmer for 15 minutes on medium high.
Prepare avocado corn salsa, extras and cook hard taco shells per recipe on package.
Assemble tacos according to your taste and enjoy!
