Delicious, naturally sweet pitaya bowl uses simple ingredients that go a long way in adding fruit to your breakfast along with great health benefits.
1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack (I found the one from The Community Cooking Show at Whole Foods - see below)
1 frozen Banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
5oz apple juice
Combine all ingredients into a blender
Blend on medium to high for a few seconds
Pour smoothie into bowl and add toppings like French vanilla granola, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, spoonful of hemp seeds and chia seeds.
Enjoy this delicious simple smoothie even when you are in a rush; freeze it the night before in a small container, add your toppings in a small recyclable bag and grab and go to work in the morning when you are short on time.
