Antibiotic Avocado Toast

  • 1 slice of bread (I use Whole Grain Spelt)

  • 1/2 of a ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic

  • 1/8 cup sliced red onion

  • 1/8 cup sliced red pepper

  • 1/8 cup sliced tomato

  • Pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • Sprinkle of Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning


  1. Toast your slice of bread

  2. Remove the pit from your avocado

  3. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh

  4. Put it in a bowl and mash with your spoon until smooth

  5. Spread avocado on top of toast

  6. Add in other toppings in order, as listed above
