Antibiotic Avocado Toast

This recipe was given to me by a friend who learned about it from Medical Missionary Barbara O'Neill. Mrs. O'Neill is a genius and cares about health. View one of her videos on Diabetes Prevention and Reversal here.


1 slice of bread (I use Whole Grain Spelt)

1/2 of a ripe avocado

1 teaspoon fresh garlic

1/8 cup sliced red onion

1/8 cup sliced red pepper

1/8 cup sliced tomato

Pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Sprinkle of Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning


Toast your slice of bread

Remove the pit from your avocado

Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh

Put it in a bowl and mash with your spoon until smooth

Spread avocado on top of toast

Add in other toppings in order as listed above
